Send photos or a short video on WhatsApp. For most repairs we can quote a fixed price straight away. Larger work gets a free site visit and a written quotation.
Fixed. You approve the total before we start. If the job turns out larger than described, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill.
Usually yes. AC failures, fridge breakdowns, active leaks and electrical faults go to the front. Call for these.
Either. We buy at trade price and pass it on at cost, or you buy your own and we fit it.
Yes. 30 days on call-out repairs, 90 days on serviced work and 12 months on projects. Parts keep their manufacturer warranty.
