This privacy policy explains how MR Technical Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use mrtechnicalservices.ae, contact us, or book a maintenance service in Dubai. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote, book and carry out your job. This may include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address or area where the work will take place, and building access details
- Photos, videos and descriptions of the problem you send us
- Messages you send through WhatsApp, phone, email or our booking form
- Quotation, invoice and payment records
- Your email address, if you sign up to hear from us
- Basic technical data when you visit the website, such as browser type, device and pages viewed
How we collect it
- Booking form: the form on our website opens WhatsApp with your details written out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us directly.
- On site: details our team records when visiting your property.
- Email signup: when you enter your email address in the website footer.
- Cookies: small files the website stores in your browser, explained below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To schedule visits, arrange building access and apply for building NOCs where needed
- To carry out the work, issue invoices and handle warranty claims
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, including tax records
- To send updates or offers, only if you have signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To keep the website working properly and understand how it is used
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We only share your data where it is needed to provide the service or where the law requires it:
- Building management or owners’ associations, when a job needs an NOC or access approval
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and messaging services (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and payment providers
- Your landlord or tenant, only where they are paying for or have arranged the work
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering settings and keeping pages loading quickly. If we use analytics or advertising tools in future, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, they may also set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Job, quotation and invoice records are kept for the length of any warranty and for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business and tax records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including limiting access to the people in our team who need it to do their job. No online service can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as bank card numbers, by WhatsApp or email.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop or limit how we use it, including for marketing
