MR Technical Services is a Dubai maintenance company run by its two owners, Rahat and Mudassar. Every trade we offer is carried out by our own staff, not subcontractors, so the team that prices the job is the team that answers for it.

Our story
Twelve years, one building at a time
We started as two technicians with one van. The growth has been deliberate rather than fast.
2013
Two technicians, one van
Started with AC servicing in Al Qusais, working mostly on referrals from three building managers who took a chance on us.
2016
Plumbing and electrical added
Customers kept asking who else we could recommend. Bringing both trades in house was cheaper for them and simpler for us.
2018
First annual contracts
Property managers wanted predictable costs rather than a stream of callouts. AMCs now cover a large share of what we do.
2021
Fit-out and refurbishment
Gypsum, tiling, carpentry and painting joined the roster, so a full apartment refurbishment could run through one contract.
2024
Forty-six technicians
All directly employed, all background-checked. We have never used subcontractors and do not intend to start.
2026

Across apartments, villas, offices and retail units in eighteen Dubai communities.

If a repair is not worth doing, or a unit should be replaced rather than patched, we tell you even when the honest answer is a smaller job for us.
